Service Desk Agent with Swedish

Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk

Opis stanowiska:responsible for assisting internal and external clients in resolving their technical issues,
fulfilling cleints' requests in order to secure smooth day to day operations.


Wymagania stanowiska:fluent Swedish (command of Finnish or Dutch language would be an asset),
Experience in similar position in IT Services,
Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools,
Good communication and interpersonal skills,
Same or similar field education would be an asset.
